Willow Lake Active Adult Community has recently partnered with a new builder, Joseph Welton. Joseph is the proud owner of J. Welton Builder, LLC., specializing in custom built homes and remodels in the Shreveport-Bossier area. He has had experience with residential housing construction since 2014 and has a passion for building and working to make his client’s dream home become a reality.
Joseph’s interest for building was sparked when he began working in the heating and A/C business. After being introduced to the construction industry his desire grew and he began to learn the ins and outs of residential building with the hopes of one day owning his own business. He is dedicated to bringing a homeowner’s vision to life with a beautiful, high-quality, custom home. Joseph is a licensed professional builder and a proud member of the National Home Builders Association.
After a long day of managing his subcontractors, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family. They enjoy hunting, fishing, and lake activities. He is a family man with a big heart and a love for the great outdoors. He has four children, three boys and one girl. His wife, Rachel, is a real-estate agent making them a dream team in the housing industry. They worship at Cross Point Baptist Church in Bossier.
